Valens Cannabis - Brand Launches

This is a set of (dare I say, very cool) ads I got to create for Valens Cannabis brand.

They were launching two different branches of product, one higher-end, classic hip-hop inspired branch called Contraband, and a second value branch called Versus.

The campaign launched with a series of web banners, and videos for social media.
(In both square posts, and 16:9 reels.)

First up is Contraband, under this branch, the first strain being released was called Candyland. (CNDYLND)
The second branch being Launched was Versus, meant to be positioned as a value brand, with a wide array of offerings. This included their new seltzers, sporting a high-tech blending process designed to reduce the prominence of the cannabis flavour in their drinks. Some other products included their "Super Lemon Haze" strain which had citrus notes, their quarter mill for rolling, and pre-rolls.

This branch was being supported substantially through Instagram, and included an array of video posts to grab the attention of consumers as they scrolled by.
