L’intention de ce tabouret est d’améliorer les conditions d’assise, qui peuvent être utiles lors de sessions de travail. Ce tabouret s’implanterait donc au sein même de l’école, dans nos ateliers.
J’ai pour cela définit deux positions d’assise, la première (photo en bas à gauche) étant une pose se prêtant plus à la réflexion, ou encore à la lecture, et la seconde (photo en bas à droite) se prêtant plus à une activité, comme le dessin, ou encore au découpage pour maquette, car permettant de dominer d’avantage sa table, et d’avoir des appuis fixes au sol.
Le projet consiste donc à créer une sorte d’extension, ou d’excroissance, venant s’ajouter à un tabouret de forme banale. Le prototype échelle une (photos du bas) est réalisé en tasseau de bois de 2x2cm et 4x1cm.
Ma première proposition (première photo) réunissait les deux positions d’assises définit, mais la seconde n’était pas assez confortable, car trop basse. C’est pourquoi j’ai logiquement décidé de surélever quelques peu cette extension.
This stool intend to improve the ergonomics of sitting, that can be usefull during work sessions. It would become established within the school, in our workshops.
For this I defined two different way of sitting : the first one (picture on the bottom left) being a pose lending itself more on second thought, or for reading, and the second (picture on the bottom right) lending itself on an activity, like drawing, cutting for models, because it allows to dominate better his table, and to have solid supports on the ground.
Thus the project consist in the addition of an exgrowth on the basic stool. The prototype (pictures on the bottom) is realized with brackets of 2x2cm and 4x1cm.
My first proposition (first picture) combined both positions of sitting, but the second one was not confortable enought, because too low. That’s why I logicaly decide to heighten this extension.
