As one of the most accomplished and well respected chefs in the UK, Simon Rogan is renowned for his heavily praised technical approach paired with his relationship with nature that has inspired a style of food with deep roots to its surroundings. Talked about for his use of unusual ingredients, combinations, styles and blending of tastes and textures, he has been awarded Two Michelin Stars for his Cartmel located restaurant, L'Enclume. He runs several restaurants up and down the country, with all of the menus dictated by the food that is produced seasonally, on his farm found in the Cartmel Valley.
As Lead Creative of the team behind the Simon Rogan brand, I designed and directed on projects for the chef and his numerous restaurants — producing branding & identity work, web design, video and print, along with many concepts and the overall strategy that build upon the ethos of 'Farm to Fork' which has helped to propel the Simon Rogan brand to the forefront of British food.
