For my first project for typography 2, our class was required to make a type ruler which is almost like a regular ruler, but the only difference being that it also measures pica and points. Other than requiring to have points and inches, our class could choose however we style our ruler. In  my case I have designed my ruler to be a reference to the 1980s, specifically during the era of synth wave music
