Introduction
'Hi! College!' Gift Design was designed for my classmates and tutors as graduation presents in my Bachelor's Degree of Graphic Design.
The inspiration of this project is from my four years college life in Beijing, I explored different ways of recording real life like writing diary, recording voice, and shooting a film, etc. As we all know, we process all information through our five senses, that is, visual, hearing, touch, smell and taste. Based on my illustrations of my classmates and tutors, one of my works was memorable postcards which can speak to them by scaning QR including my voice.
In terms of background board, I redesigned each characters and put them together in order to create the two different scenes like 'in class', 'out of class'.
Sharing, emotional, approachable are my starting points, I hope these unforgetable and precious memories would be kept at least 10 years, 20 years, even longer.
This is one of posters for my final degree show, and customers can use their smart phone to scan the QR and they will hear the introduction of my work by my voice.
