The emergency room isn't always the answer. In this social media campaign, we worked on creating short quiz-like videos to share with members that in some instances, going to Urgent Care or your doctor is the better choice. The video needed to be engaging, within brand, and also a fun way to educate our members. After seeing some designs from the senior designer, I worked on a expanding those ideas into storyboard to help pitch this idea to our creative directors and marketing partners.
After approval, I worked on creating a template so that we can include additional lines in the beginning to work for all kinds of ailments, including aches and stomach flus.
