The project aims to evaluate the roles of spatial elements (columns) within the interior. Beyond the mere form or the aesthetic qualities of such elements, but challenges to reformulate the performance of elements by looking at alternative uses. In addition, such alternatives may be found in using different data sets, that both challenges our understanding of how such elements developed in history, as well as how these the same elements may perform differently in the future.
