This was a gift from a guy to his girlfriend to celebrate their 4th anniversary.
"arranjar uma Casinha para nós fazermos vida de CASADOS" and "arranjar uma Caminha para nós fazermos vida de ACAMADOS" are two verses of the song "Cada Um", by B Fachada. They mean "get a small house for us so we can have a married life" and "get a small bed for us so we can have a bedridden life".
