Gene 金御 - Sowing the Altcoin & USDT Mobile App

DESCRIPTION
In Product Design Team, Melanie Lim and I, are a two person team in building the 3 digital products for this Gene project. Since project manager need to work closely with Tech Team to build the tech foundation. So, on UIUX screen & flow creation, I am leading the conversation with Business Team & Marketing Team. We do sync up with Project Manager during our daily sync up. Next, this is details of Melanie Lim & my responsibilities in this project.
Melanie Lim is a digital illustrator artist in this project. Her roles in this project is:
(1) Logo Creation
(2) Brand Mascot Creation
(3) UIUX Illustration
My role is to complete the task end to end which include:
(1) Dissecting Task Brief & Product Scoping
(2) Product Requirement Workshop
(3) Design Concept Exploration
(4) Design Sprint
(5) Tech Handover
(6) Stakeholder Management with Project Manager

CHALLENGE:
Gene project is a financial tools that multiply, manage & increase digital assets value (USDT crypto & loyalty points). The product construct has big challenge in completing this project, especially the brand mascot (Branding) & account registration (UIUX Flow).
APPROACH:
From squad headcount, we have 8 team members, those are:
1 Project Manager +
2 Product Design Team Members
1 Illustration Artist & 1 UIUX Designer +
Tech Team Members
1 React Native Front End Developer, 2 Back-End Developer, 2 Angular Front End Developer & 1 Tech Lead Developer.
As part of the team member of 9 people, I have to run the project parallel with Marketing Team in solidifying the digital product branding & Business team in aligning the UIUX flows. It is a bumpy ride but we manage to complete all 3 digital products. The 3 digital products are:

(3) 赢通商家店面管理 Intron Merchant Portal - Desktop Portal
