Mashup is a new brand of vape liquids. The line of liquids includes the rarest as well as everyone’s favorite flavors: from lemon with cheese to orange with tangerine. My goal was to create attractive packaging to interact with the consumer. The concept represents the interaction of two areas: vaping and music. Vapers can be found everywhere, in a noisy company or in a noisy club. And there is music everywhere. Music in this concept is a metaphor in which new tastes are transformed into a whole composition that creates the rhythm of life. The logo and pattern were based on a music production program. I took inspiration from the sharp and symmetrical sound waves contained in the music sample. Thus, the word Mashup itself becomes the formation of a sound wave. The sound wave is printed across the entire surface of the packaging to highlight the metaphor of the music sample. Each package is a separate sound that combines well into a whole musical composition called Mashup.
