Upon returning from the Sri Lankan Tsunami in 2004 renowned Chef Simon Boyle resolved that his future business would be in tune with his moral compass and deliver an ethically and socially responsible service while at the same time, being competitive and profitable. 
 
In 2009 Beyond Boyle became a not-for-profit business and has developed a programme that serves to give former homeless people the chance to take a positive step for their own well being and learn a new vocation while at the same time rebuilding their lives. Beyond Boyle works closely with many charities and third sector organisations to give people hit by hard times the inspirational possibilities to reintegrate with society and find self respect once again.
