In order to celebreate 50 years of European cooperation in space, ESA - European Space Agency wanted to publish a web app which would put on display the greatest milestones year after year. I came up with the concept, designed the interface and developed the code. It's a smooth scrolling slider displaying event thumbnails and an overlay pop-up appears when clicking on the desired milestone. Extra information is displayed in this pop-up and a high resolution wallpaper image can be viewed and downloaded from there.
