This application is aimed at enhancing users' experiences with Philips products while establishing a meaningful and fluid relationship with customers. The goal was to create a "wow" customer experience by seamlessly integrating user data, Philips product ownership, and device-generated data. This app lays the foundation for Philips to develop a personal health app and serves as a hub for accessing product manuals and support.

Problem Statement: 
We recognised the need to transform the way Philips engage with their customers by providing a holistic and connected experience. Philips aimed to build an app that would not only improve user experiences but also allow them to gather valuable user insights for future product development and personal health initiatives.

Research key findings:
 - Users desired a single platform for managing their Philips products and accessing related information.
 - Customers wanted a more personalized experience, with tailored recommendations and insights based on their product usage.
 - Users expressed interest in a future health dashboard that could incorporate health data from all Philips devices.

Product Integration: 
We integrated the app with Philips' product database, ensuring that users could easily register their products and access manuals and support resources.
Unified User Profile: 
We designed a user profile system that linked user accounts with their owned Philips products, allowing for a personalized experience. This profile would later serve as the foundation for aggregating health data.
Personalised Recommendations: 
The app utilised data analytics to provide users with tailored product usage tips and relevant offers.
