A new season begins, the sky turns richer in the evening, the mood at dawn becomes more special before night falls and forces us to endure the stillness, silence and warmth in our homes. Do we perceive the change as something good and new?

When we go outside, color awaits us - it fills the urban grey with light and warmth. Our spirit of discovery tries to find chestnuts, only to keep them as a hand flatterers in the jacket pocket. Schwäbisch Gmünd is somewhere inbetween nature and city. The asphalt blends with the green of the trees, the river quietly makes its way out of the city and into the forest. And then a few minutes' walk later, surrounded by moss and wood, autumn seems to repaint nature. Bringing out new colors. A sight that has been wished away for the last few months and yet we snuggle up in warm cafés with cake and whipped cream and enjoy the view of the orange hustle and bustle of nature.
