→ Jorge Luis Borges, born in Buenos Aires in 1899, was a visionary of 20th century literature. A master of short prose, his stories reconfigured a new way of reading — literary labyrinths that dazzled readers around the world. He wrote short stories, essays and poems, and often explored the limits of literature by crossing these genres.

→ In “Tlön, Uqbar, Orbis Tertius,” Borges immerses us in the discovery of a world called Tlön, found in an encyclopedia. In this story, reality fuses with fiction, and introduces a new way of speaking, thinking and existing that is totally different from our own. A work that blurs the boundaries between the tangible and the imaginary, challenging the reader to question the very nature of reality.

→ This editorial object explores Borges’ ideas of infinity, metaphysics, chaos and hypertextuality. Focused on his approach to post-truth, in which elements of fiction invade reality, the book brings together his obsessions such as encyclopedias, labyrinths, libraries, and maps.
