This comic is dedicated to the famous Ukrainian-Armenian filmmaker Serhiy Parajanov, author of the film Shadows of Forgotten Ancestors. The comic describes Ukraine's first public protest against political repression, which took place at the premiere of Shadows of Forgotten Ancestors in Kyiv on September 4, 1965. A few years later, as a result of this political action, Serhiy Parajanov was arrested and later unjustly sentenced to 5 years in a high-security prison.
