These sessions were guided by a precise Test Plan and Test Script .
After conducting my Usability Test sessions, I applied utilized a closed card sort approach to sort findings into Observations, Positive, Quotes, Negative Quotes, and Errors on an Affinity Map. This approach allowed me to discover patterns among participants. Once I completed Affinity Mapping, I synthesized the results into ‘The Rainbow Spreadsheet with actionable  items to follow up on in the next round of iterations.

Reflections
This project is only the beginning of a larger, longer design process, and plenty of further research, iteration, and design can be done to improve the usability and viability of the app.

If this were an actual product, the next steps would be to conduct analysis and user testing research on the prototype developed so far, and make the relevant changes to the interface based on user needs and behaviors.

The main takeaway I had from this project was the importance of user research, which really helped me empathize with the users I would be designing for, it made the process feel more like a real problem was being solved.
