British Airways: Agency Creative Brief (Student Project)
This is a student project where I was given the role of an agency account planner, working for British Airways. Here, I was tasked with devising a campaign and designing a creative brief about British Airways' travel emissions platform, CO2llaborate. Here, the aim of the campaign was to increase CO2llaborate’s adoption and ameliorate customers’ perspectives on the long-term benefits of British Airways, enhancing its dependability. This involved research on context and business issues, target audience, competitors, branding and media channels, as well as the formulation of the big campaign idea, reasons for consumers to believe in the platform, mandatories and measurements of success.
