Being able to create an invitation for a baby shower was exciting for me because I am currently pregnant and have my own baby shower coming up shortly. I was able to use real life excitement and put it into this project. The design choices used in this invitation were chosen because of the simplicity, and function that this particular invitation embodied. When sending out cards for an event such as this, I felt something was needed that was eye catching, flowed seamlessly, and gave all pertinent information in a timely fashion. The layout of the information seemed to come together in an order that made sense, kept the invitees attention, and delivered all necessary information in an orderly fashion.
