Angami specialty cusine

The Angami specialty food wise is the infamous "galho" which is a rice porridge cooked with rich local rice, axone, leafy greens and is often accompanied by axone chutney as you can see or beef curry.

The second photo is our "kemenya roti" or sticky rice roti made of sticky rice. This particular roti is a combination of simple ingredients, including sticky rice, sugar, water and oil.
