Its a minimalist Double heighted balcony design made for an client with a space restriction of 4 feet by 12 feet 2 inches and height of 21 feet 
Thus the space consumed by statue itself is 2'6" by 2'6" 
Main elements of this design is its light and this buddha statue with free standing fountain and profile lights on different height and use of wall texture.
Giving the space the feel it wants.
