A Brave Project Description:
As a team, our focus was on helping A Brave Life create more meaningfully connections with communities that have new mums around Australia to ensure ongoing support for at leat two years. There were many considerations that were thought about when undertaking this project, including, time, cost, health etc. We found that the more versatile we could make our solution the more effective it would be so A Brave Life could implement it anywhere and anytime, around Australia. Our project, A Brave Project, would ensure lasting support for the new mums, even past the two years A Brave Life wanted. This would allow a constant flow of support for the mums in the future beyond A Brave Life.
