"The White Concrete of the project along with the spaciousness and gentle proportions of the interior, are achieved by pushing the structural concrete capacity to limit.
Lush greenery overflows from boundary and in while natural light floods into the space from step-back slab punctured glass wall and facade. Air flow and natural light from behind is welcomed by below street open-outdoor pub, more to divide residential neighbor and main building.
