The Impossible Composite Assignment allowed me to research and document my legal right to use two compatible images to create a digital composite that positions a subject in a new environment using Photoshop. This software allowed me to correct the light source, grain, focus, edge sharpness, blur, and adjust color hues.
Original bear image. I built my composite from this image and used it as my background.
Original child image. I used a clipping mask to select the child and place it into the working document. Once this child was independent from its background I put it over my background.
