Music Marbled Silk
The generative patterns on this set of ten handkerchiefs were created by placing a marbling tray on top of an amplifier, The amp would play one track the whole way through allowing the vibrations of the track to form the final visual. The silk was then laid down on the ink allowing it to soak up a visual and physical impression of sound.
