With the use of language that reflects the brand's Asian-inspired hospitality, coupled with the emotional appeal of its surrounding heritage and thoughtful indoor spaces, we consistently sent one message: A stay with The Clan Hotel was like checking in to a home away from home, laced with authentic traditions and attentive services.
We welcomed our audience as one of our own as we highlighted homely rituals one can experience in The Clan Hotel—such as its Welcome Tea Ceremony, inspired by the Chinese tradition of offering tea to all who step through your doors.
