Pulso is a fictive cuban cultural center based in Brussels. I created it for my graduation project.
It presents itself as a big studio, where people can create, live, make Cuba.

Here is the cafetaria. It is divided by 3 differents area :
EL GRANO : The coffee shop.
EL BOCADO : The tapas area.
ENSALABAR : the salad bar.

Each area has its own business card, color and "animal" :

The menu is composed by the 3 areas. Each area has its own format.
The salad boxes. The salad contains 3 types of salad : avocado type, classic type, and spicy type. Each one as its own "animal".
Each box is handcrafted with love.
Since it's to take away, the box transforms itself as a "container"
when opened. Easy to eat, no mess.
