We begin by understanding their concept, drilling down their personas and developing a service blueprint. With a better understanding of the consumers, the site then focuses on embodying the unique characteristics of Offbeat's branding while making the user experience of booking tours simple and accessible for anyone.
By first understanding the product and who we are looking to target, we were able to have more clarity on the steps we needed to bring Offbeat further. The site gives Offbeat a space where they can truly express and introduce themselves, providing a unique experience to like-minded individuals wanting to discover more of Singapore.
