Every citizen shall have the right to have access to information in all matters of public importance subject to regulation and reasonable restrictions  imposed by law.
Article 19A of the constitution of Pakistan.

 

QUÉ ES LA LIBERTAD DE INFORMACIÓN! 
Todo ciudadano tiene el derecho a tener acceso a la información en todos los asuntos de importancia pública objeto de regulación y restricciones razonables impuestas por la ley. 
Artículo 19A de la Constitución de Pakistán.
 

FIVE STEPS FOR OBTAINING INFORMATION / RECORDS.

 

*Applicant determines the information / record that he / she requires.
*Applicant  identifies the custodian ministry/ department / public body who must be approached for obtaining the required information.

*Applicant fills Application Form (App.A) along with the declaration.  Attaches a copy of National ID Card.

*Applicant deposits a Challan of Rs.50 in any branch of National / State Bank (see instructions for Challan at App.B).

*Applicant submits / posts the application (along with a copy of Challan and a copy of NIC) to the Designated Official of the concerned Public body. Applicant retains  a copy of these documents for future possible use.

 

 

CINCO PASOS PARA OBTENER INFORMACIÓN / RECORDS. 

* Solicitante determina la información / registro que él / ella necesita. 
* Solicitante identifica el / departamento / organismo público ministerio custodio que debe abordarse para la obtención de la información requerida. 
* El solicitante llena el Formulario de solicitud (App.A), junto con la declaración. Adjunta una copia del Documento Nacional de Identidad. 
* Depósitos candidatos existe Challan de 50 rupias en cualquier rama de / State National Bank (ver instrucciones para Challan en App.B). 
* El solicitante presenta la solicitud / mensajes (junto con una copia de Challan y una copia de la tarjeta de red) para el oficial designado de la dependencia pública afectada. El solicitante conserva una copia de estos documentos para el uso futuro posible.
