Four floor house for a young family

A family with two children approached me for the interior design of their four-floors townhouse condominium. The spacious layout allowed for both individual spaces for each family member and ample shared areas.
In the living room, we furnished with pieces from Selva, a Cucine Lube kitchen, a Domingo Salotti sofa, and a custom-designed solid wood bookshelf.
For the artistic and aesthetic foundation of the interior design, we combined pearl tones with shades of the sea, including turquoise and sand. We incorporated the clients' personal collection of shells and sand from around the world, crafting a symmetrical panel with a classic damask pattern.
The delicate mother-of-pearl palette extends to the upper floor, where we designed the master bedroom and the daughter's room. The wallpaper from Graham & Brown is complemented by a Venetian glass chandelier from Demajo Light, while the children's room features IKEA furniture.
In the bedroom, we utilized furniture from Cattelan Italia, custom-designed bedside tables and radiator screens.
The attic floor includes a room for the boy and a music-gym room for the father.
The ground floor consists of a spacious corridor with numerous wardrobe closets, as well as a separate room combining a laundry area, a utility room with a small bathroom (due to the family owning a dog), and a storage compartment. Each room is equipped with a built-in audio system controlled via smartphone, allowing the family to enjoy music throughout the house. Additionally, an integrated vacuum cleaner was installed. All furniture was custom-made from natural wood based on the designer's drawings. From the corridor, there is access to a cozy garden with a barbecue area.
