Bold in both content and typography, ‘Blacklist: don’ts of a design intern’ serves as anaesthesia to the discomfort and anxiety experienced by the visual communication students who are about to depart from their cushioned classrooms and escape into the wild of the design industry. Blacklist transpired through a call for donations, however, instead of donating money, the creatives were encouraged to donate stories unfolding the pivotal mistakes while going through their own career paths filled with smoke and mirrors.
