Telecom Serbia - CSR Campaign

Project Goal
 
Telekom Serbia is the largest individual donor to CSR activities in Serbia for 20 years. Their logo is present at every sporting event, educational event, cultural event, and business gathering, but it was not proportionally noticed by the public. This needed to be changed.
 
The goal of this project was to increase public awareness of Telekom Serbia's CSR activities. This was done through a variety of channels, including advertising, social media, and public relations. The project also focused on measuring the effectiveness of the awareness campaign.
 
 
Solution
 
The We Support the Initiators campaign was a creative way to address this challenge. The campaign featured real-life people who had been supported by Telekom Serbia in their projects. These people were from all walks of life, and their projects were as diverse as they were. But they all had one thing in common: they were all working to make a positive impact on Serbia.
 
 
The campaign was a success. 
 
It reached a large audience, and it generated a lot of positive feedback. 
 
The AVE value of the campaign was over €100,000, and it had a reach of over 1 million people on Facebook and Instagram.
 
  
 
Conclusion
 
The We Support the Initiators campaign was a success. 
 
The campaign achieved its goals of increasing public awareness of Telekom Serbia's CSR activities, improving their reputation, and increasing sales. 
 
The campaign was also a creative and authentic way to showcase Telekom Serbia's commitment to making a positive impact on Serbia.
