Bakehuset was a new brand in Bakers system. SDG got the task to look at the new brand structure that would contain all their products in breads, pastries, etc. Early in the process we looked at a structure where we kept the old Bakers logo on everyday products and the new Bakehuset on the more premium products. (The new Bakehuset was already created by Strømme Throndsen when SDG started the work).
 
After initial work on strategy, it was decided that the Bakers logo would continue as the mother brand of the company and the Bakehuset logo would be used on all products regardless of whether they were premium or everyday products.
