Kiwa is a Small Medium Enterprise in the Food and Beverages Retail industry that thrives to serve quality homemade, healthy, and halal dim sum, along with exceptional customer service and continuous product development.

Kiwa supports SDGs by purchasing ingredients from the nearest traditional markets and local suppliers, empowering working mothers around the residence as the kitchen team, minimizing single-use consumable goods, and adopting efficient business processes through the self-service system at the dim sum shop located in Klaten, Central Java, ID.
The project was a social media content creation to build a strong brand image of home made dishes with high-quality ingredients at affordable prices and exquisite customer service based in Klaten, Central Java.
The clean and organized appearance of Instagram Feeds is perfect for conveying the impression of their values about hygiene and high standards. This creates the idea of excellent staff training, well-made dishes, and a simple yet comfortable place for hangouts.

I've also included pictures of the staffs doing their specialties and share their stories to show that we set no boundaries between the customers and staffs.
Copywriting was also my responsibility, both for posts and stories. I chose everyday terminologies and "hip" phrases to avoid boundaries between the brand and the audience and to stick with the brand persona.
Product names and prices are often included in the description to remind customers that they are actively selling the products displayed and to make it easier for them to know about product availability, names, and prices.
