Dressing the Screen: the Rise of Fashion Film is a new international British Council exhibition. The exhibition will open in Moscow in 2014 and will then tour in Brazil, Thailand and Mexico. The exhibition brings together the most famous and innovative fashion designers and filmmakers from the last 75 years.

CREATIVE CHALLENGE
Create a bilingual identity for the Dressing the Screen exhibition. Reflect the high-fashion through the physical graphics, way-finding, web presence, brochure and print design.

RESEARCH
While searching through the history of British fashion we divided main trends. As each epoch has its own spirit we created patterns. 
 
IDEA
Video experiments in fashion showed us how it moved – it was kaleidoscope.
 
Logo + Font _ System
The kaleidoscope idea formed the basis of flexible grid applicable for any format.  
The reflection principle made logo easily bilingual.  The font system is classical and out of time.
