"Remnants" is a bunch of residues of one's life, all the closely connected memories of the nearest and dearest, spread out like a shirt or overcoat. Everyday life, joy, grief, trifles about the closest person, that are vividly recalled.
The work is made of several untidy, sloppy and scuffy canvases stitched together, equal to the pieces of our memories mostly far from being clear and tidy. In the event that your clostest person is lost, never returning, there is the ragged, tattered greatcoat standing as the only linked remaints.
We stay alone, collecting the smallest bits and pieces of all connected reminiscences in the way we have them in our minds - mostly worn-and-torn, sloppy and dusty. The red lining inside the  "sackcloth" reminds of the unsettling emptiness, the rupture, that has blown your soul in pieces.
It's all ruefull, terrifying, tragic...
