This work explores the South Devon coast between Torquay and Teignmouth, taken while walking between the two. The coast path is one of the easiest to navigate, because you follow the coastline. Keep the sea on your right, and you know you are heading in the right direction. 

Walking provides a rhythm and connection to the landscape. Walking is meditative, when you walk you become absorbed in the landscape around you, there are no barriers, as you walk you feel the path and the influence of people who have walked before you. We see ourselves as separate from nature, but are quick to forget that we are also part of the natural world.
