The following concept brief outlines an interior design plan for a small apartment located in Vienna. The primary objective of this design is to create a cozy and modern living environment while incorporating earthy materials to establish a warm and inviting atmosphere. The challenge lies in maximizing functionality within the limited space available. Through careful consideration of layout, color scheme, furniture selection, and storage solutions, we aim to create a harmonious and practical living space.
Given the small area, an efficient space plan is crucial to optimize functionality. The design will prioritize open-concept living, ensuring a smooth flow between the various areas of the apartment. By minimizing partitions and using multifunctional furniture, we can create a sense of spaciousness while accommodating the necessary functions of each room.
Living Area
The living area will be the heart of the apartment, designed to be both comfortable and visually appealing. A cozy, upholstered sofa with earth-toned cushions will serve as the centerpiece, complemented by armchairs and a coffee table. Soft lighting fixtures, such as pendant lamps with warm, ambient light, will create a welcoming atmosphere. Natural materials like fur,wood,marble and curtains will further enhance the cozy feel.
