Press Frames are techniques used in newspapers to report a story. Since real life events cannot be replicated entirely, certain parts of the story are often made more significant than others by press reporters in order to attract readers. 
 
Using the open/close inverted commas as a semiotical representation of speech, the logo is subtle and playful.
The commas are subtly incorporated into the letter's typographic counters.
