The scope is to design a Colonial house of an existing old shophouse. The Ground floor was not touched since it was owned by another owner. The Design starts only from the main door at the ground floor to 1st floor up to the upper floor. It's a major change of the existing facade because it was originally designed to be as a typical shophouse with balcony in front. But all goes well after the final design. Showing a day and night scene for the client.
