Основной идеей проекта было создание пространства координально отличаешегося от городской квартиры, комфортность подчеркивают высокие потолки и большие площади комнат. В отделки используются только дорогие материалы. Фишка проекта — угловое остекление.
Площадь дома 250 м2. На двух уровнях располагается две спальни и одна детская.
