DESCRIPTION
RHB Bank need a Leads Management Dashboard (LMD) is the web portal for bank staff to manage their mortgage sales lead and administration. In this project, I work closely with project manager. As the project manager will be person that bridge communication between client, consultant & tech team.
They are want to build the Lead Management Dashboard within 8 weeks. We decide to pick up the challenge & craft it. During this 8 weeks, there is non-stop back & forth discussion with tech developer. In the other hand, to keep the application run lightly, we decide to use the minimal graphic for Mortgage Management Tool.

CHALLENGE:
There are 3 parties in this project, those are RHB Bank (Client), Boston Consulting Group (Consultant) & Aleph Labs (UIUX Crafter). We have to keep our relationship, communication & work speed in sync.
APPROACH:
I managed to maintain the good vibe between client & consultant by fulfilling the exercise by introducing simple & efficient design solution. This is to make sure we able to complete the project within the given timeline.
