The Angels

Today I woke up with fear. But I didn't cry or complain because I concluded that I am happy. From the darkness, they see the infinite, without present, past, and future. We exchanged a fraternal look, and what I felt wasn't fear. It was something of theirs that stayed within me and has no end. I don't understand. They don't understand. This is so vast that it surpasses any understanding. I feel that we are much more complete when we don't understand. They ask me, "How big is the universe?" Caressing the head of the one who has nothing, I gaze into the infinity of their existence and reply, "The universe is the size of your world! But how big is my world?" And the thinker responds, "It has the size of your dreams!"
