Nica Time is a log of my experiences while I worked as a volunteer with Me To We, Free the Children to build a school in the remote community of El Trapiche, Nicaragua. I took this adventure with the intentions to make a difference and change a child’s life. This book will uncover a detailed discussion of my daily activities, in the discussion of poverty and education. Highlighting significant moments while interacting with the community and physically building the first ever schoolhouse in El Trapiche.

This piece intends to promote sustainable practices, and encourage readers to leap into an experience of their own. The book design is warm and textured much like my experience while in Nicaragua. The images of this book are shot outdoors to mimic the terrain in which El, Trapiche was located.
