Simple tablet based kiosk for REI's trip planning services. It was designed to be utilized in stores, but was given flexibility to operate as the intended host device was not finalized. Therefore, the UI had to be flexible enough to operate on anything from an iPad or similar tablet, to a 1080p touchscreen device.

As you filter activity levels, the dropdown menu for each region, and the pins displayed on the map are added/removed if they fit the specifications of your trip.

Selecting a trip centers it's marker in the map view, and a trip information module slides from the top of the viewport. Selecting a map marker will result in the same action, regardless of your zoom level, so you can easily just browse trips without any particular requirements.
