The “Mushroom” is a kind of shelter, which can be used for different purposes, as a retreat or as a common room. The shape of the object has its inspiration from the shape  of  a  mushroom.  The  reason  of  this  was to achieve an elegant organic form. The structure can be placed in large numbers at various sites, recalling the spreading of fungi on the grounds of forests. The pattern of holes in the ceiling allows the infiltration of natural light. Thus an artificial starry sky appears within the object, this renders the atmosphere dreamy. Furthermore  the  penetrating  light  beams generate  a  light  patterns  inside  the  interior,  which varies according  to  the  setting  and  position  of  the sun and the “Mushroom”.
