This project was for my publication class. We designed a book for the American institute of Architects. For this book I studied Brutilist architecture and mixed in the minimalist color pallet of pink magenta with a saturated yellow overlaid on top of the images. when creating the book i worked with cellophane pages to add visual interest to the book and give the idea that you are looking at plans for making these buildings. Using alignment and negative space i was able to achieve a 25 paged book.

When creating this book, the pages with the blueprint plans of the brutalist buildings were printed on cellophane clear paper, to make the book more dynamic and interactive when you flip through the pages.
