CARVEL Mobile App Design

For my third mobile app design, I chose to make something for Carvel.  Please see below some of the pages (the complete app is 24 pages long and created using Adobe Fireworks) for the design that would allow Carvel customers to custom order their cakes, desserts right off of their phone and thereby help corporate know what supplies a particular store owner might need more of without having the owner have to place an order for it.  Customers would also be able to view specials of the day or week or month as well as add favorite custom desserts to their favorites to help expedite future orders.
App menu with the Carvel mobile app icon.  The Carvel Shield is the company's current logo, I simply just added a gradient behind it utilizing key colors from the shield.
A close up of the mobile app icon.
The main menu page that would appear once the screen completes loading.  Customers can sign in (up above) if they already have an account with Carvel, they can browse Carvel's dessert inventory, check to see what they already have placed in their Favorites, locate the nearest Carvel Shoppe that is open or talk to a sales rep via a live chat.
What the New Arrivals page would look like.  They can scroll through item after item by simply tapping the arrow keys.
The Specials of the Day page.
New customers can choose to register using the mobile app and check a preferred method of contact in case the bakery needs to contact them about an order they've placed.
Search page where the customer can custom search by category, event, type or all three.  Once they've completed the search, they click/ tap on submit to see the search results page.
The results of the search and here is where the customer would select a cake/ dessert and tap to confirm selection.
They could view the items in their cart as such before they complete check out.
The order confirmation page which would give them the complete total (including taxes).  Once the customer is sure that the order is correct, he/ she would tap the "Place Order" button and the order would automatically go to the shoppe selected using the Shoppe Locator feature.
They can schedule a pick up and time as well of when they'd like to have their order ready by.
The customer can also track the process of their order from submitting the order, to the time it takes the shoppe to bake it, decorate it, pack it and finally have it ready for pick up.
What follows now below are the few vector icons I drew in Adobe Illustrator for the app.  I took my professor's advice and created my own icons.  At first I thought it would be a daunting task to complete in a few hours between work and school, but once I started, I was done rather quickly.  Please see below.
Shopping cart or "cart" icon.
Favorites icon
Search icon, or the magnifying glass.
Shoppe Locator icon
Sales Representative icon
Lastly, but not the least, the background image for the mobile app - the ice cream cone; where it all started.
