Japan could be mentioned as one of the few blessed countries with four distinct seasons. Starting with Spring,
the cel animation guide the viewers through the four seasons by focusing on prominent Japanese holidays.

Jyugoya / Otsukimi: Moon gazing
Daruma: Traditional Japanese doll modeled after Bodhidharma, a symbol for perseverance and good luck. 
Kakejiku: Japanese scroll painting or calligraphy
