Biodegradable Products

Biodegradable products are materials that can be broken down by natural processes, such as microbial action, into their basic components and returned to the environment. This means that they can be broken down into non-toxic substances and do not contribute to pollution or waste accumulation in the environment. Biodegradable products can be made from a variety of materials, including plant-based materials, such as cornstarch, and petroleum-based materials that have been chemically modified to be biodegradable.
Examples of biodegradable products include packaging materials, Biodegradable plates and eco-friendly bowls, and cleaning products. Biodegradable products are increasingly being used as a more environmentally friendly alternative to traditional products that may take hundreds of years to decompose in landfills or oceans.
